On the 1901 census Louisa is living with Mary Whistlecraft and is shown as her Aunt. Mary was formely Mary Whitmore.

Louisa was a witness at the wedding of her brother Daniel in 1862 in Tuddenham St Martin, Suffolk.

Louisa and Joshua had one child - Mary Milbourne born 1858 in Tuddenham, Suffolk.

Louisa's husband Joshua Milbourne was born in Tuddenham, Suffolk in 1831 and died in Ipswich in 1879, he was buried at Ipswich Cemetary on 2 August 1879. Louisa died at her home in Murray Street, Ipswich.

On the tombstone at Ipswich Cemetary: "In memory of Joshua Milbourne for 33 years a faithful and respected servant in the family of the late Rev MC Edgar of Red House who died July 30 1879 aged 55 years. Also Louisa Milbourne widow of the above who died February 28 aged 80 years".
