Jessie and her brother Nelson were the witness to their sister Betsey's weddening in Kensignton, London in January 1897. And Jessie was also a witness along with her brother William to Emma Elizabeth Bloomfield's wedding in 1910 to Charles Hobey.

Jessie's husband William Hazelwood was previously married to Julia Bear, they married in 1884 in the Woodbridge District. Julia died in early 1914 and later in the same year William remarried Jessie Whitmore. On the 1939 Register living with Jessie was Benjamin Walter Hazelwood who was born on 28 January 1888 and died on 7 March 1972 at Ipswich, Suffolk, he was living at Walnut Tree Farm, Levington, Suffolk, his parents were William and Julia.

Jessie's husband William Hazelwood was born 1859 and died on 30 September 1934 at Ipswich, Suffolk. He was living at Walnut Tree Farm, Levington Suffolk and his effects of £567 2s went to Jessie Hazelwood and Roger Tyrrel a stockman.
