A witness at Arthur's wedding was WG (William George) Bloomfield. He was no relation to Arthur or any other Bloomfield's in Arthur's family.

William George Bloomfield was born on 13 October 1902 in Ipswich, Suffolk and joined the army on 26 August 1919 when living at 275 Cauldwell Hall Road. He was discharged due to no longer being fit for service on 10th February 1922. According to the records his address on discharge was 264 Cauldwell Hall Road so he must have lived with his friend Arthur George Bloomfied and his wife.

The cause of her death was Stroke.
