Between John Neave of Barking clothier and Andrew Felldgate of Yaxley gent. whereby they covenant to levy a fine of a messuage and 2a. of ground late in the occupation of Edmund Eaton now of Catlyn, the closes called Brimstons 10a., Stertingland 5a., Lovedays 7a., 10a. parcell of Shreedings and the south end of Christmas Lane all in Metfield (abutments); also a freehold messuage called Swastons in the occupation of Henry Lungly and 14a. of land in Darmsden; to be to the use of Neave. (seal missing from tag; slightly torn). (20 January 1667/8).
