18 July 32 H. 8. Robert Forthe of Hadleigh, gentleman, in the countie of Suff....My body to be buried in seint Maries Churchof Hadlegh...unto each of my three daughters, Mary, Julyan and Kateryn...a hundreth pound sterling to be paied at the day of mariage...unto William Forth my yongest sonne, to hym and to his heires for everymore the mn s of Oldhall and Newhall in Mysteleigh with the thorne.... in Essex.. to the said Willm & to his heires... the ferme calyd the Malhouse in Langham in the said countie... unto the said Willm & to his heires for en? the tenement callyd the Ford in Manytre or Mysteligh.. unto the said Willm and to his heires the tenement or ferme callyd Jopys in Dedham...unto the said Willm...all my medowes and lands in Stratford ....and all other my lands in Badford, Mysteleigh, Langham and Manyngtre not afore rehersed in the said Townes or Counties... I make myne executours Martyn Forth myne eldest son and myne heire, and Wilm Forth my yongest son. In witness wherof Dame Elizabeth Baldry widowe, mr. Doctor Revytt, Mr. Robert Barfoot Meer, Mr. Thomas Barfote Parson of saint Deny Backchurch, Elizabeth Powell and other. Itm for the debt of John Bowund draper my will is that the said Dame Elizabeth nerher executours be troubled or vexed for the same but clerely forgyvyn.
