Hawise married Earl Hugh de Vere, son of Earl Robert de Vere and Isabel de Bolbec. (Earl Hugh de Vere was born in 1210 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, died in 1263 in Hedingham Castle, Essex and was buried in 1263 in Earls Cone Priory , Essex.)
