The will of Nicholas Drury of Bury St. Edmunds esquire 4 February 1454…to be buried in the parish church of Thurston near the Graves of my parents…to the churche of Wrydewell…the church of Beketon…of Hartherst…of Somerton…of Rougham…to the Prior of the Monastery of St. Edmund of Bury…to the poor for the soul of Roger Drury Knight my brother…to Elizabeth late wife of Henry my son my silver cup with the silver cover marked with a molet and to her children…to Robert my son my biggest cup with the cover of silver…to Felicia his wife…and his children…Elizabeth Monke my daughter…I do make executors of my will the said Roger Drury my son and John Hardhed Chaplain." Proved 2 September 1456 by the executors.

Nicholas married Joan Heath. (Joan Heath died on 19 November 1416.)
