She made out her will on 7 October 1819 in it she directed that all her just debts and funeral expenses be paid and that her will be probated - directed that she “... have six bearers to the Grave and that each bearer shall receive five shillings & two pints of beer at the Boars (sic) Head”; bequeathed all her “ffurniture Linen and Wearing apparel” to be divided equally among her “cousin” Elizabeth Palmer, daughter of Benjamin Palmer and his wife Martha, Elizabeth was actually the sister, or perhaps half-sister, of Martha’s younger brother Clarke Tydeman's wife, Rachel Palmer.
