On Nicholas Chaplin's will:

He had extensive lands to the south east (Semer Wood) being between the land of Robert Nightingale in the occupation of Robert Blomfield and John Knappe. He gave money to the poor and for his burial in the churchyard at Chelsworth and money to his sons Stephen and Richard and his wife Margaret.
