"Item: I Geive to my wife Marey Harden my tennement Beeing Lease hold at Hiwood for her Naterrall Life and affter her decease to my Before Mentioned Sun James Harden.

All the Rest of my Goods and ChattelIs whatsoever I do Geive and Bequeath to my wiffe and my two daughters, Joynt and Sole Executors to be Equalley Parted Between them. But for what Goods shall fall to my wife's Part which was not her own Before I maried her shall Return to my Sun and two daughters, if they or any of them shall be Living
