Here lyeth buried the body of John Steward esqier and Anne his wife which Anne was daughter of Humphrey Shouldham Esquier. The said Anne dyed the 28 day of January Anno Dni 1603 and the forsayd John dyed the 16 day of February Ano Dni 1604.
