Matilda Throckmorton was an ancestor of Queen Catherine Parr, Henry VIII sixth and final wife. With her husband Sir Thomas Greene they had a son also called Sir Thomas Greene, he married Lady Joan Fogge and they had a daughter Maud Greene was was Catherine Parr's mother via he marriage to Sir Thomas Parr.
