Sir Fulke Fitz Warin was drowned in the Ouse River, when endeavoring to escape at the battle of Lewes, 14 May 1264.

Sir Fulke's first wife Clarice d'Auberville was also married to his father.

• Marriage: to Constance de Toeni, 1250, Whittington, Shropshire.

• Marriage: to Clarice d'Auberville.

Fulke married Constance De Toeni in 1250 in Whittington, Shropshire. (Constance De Toeni was born in 1233 in Flamstead, Hertfordshire and died on 11 February 1266.)
