Elizabeth had three children with her second husband Sir William Woodhouse - Thomas, William and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth's third husband Dru Drury supervised the imprisonment of Mary Queen of Scots in November 1579.

Elizabeth married Lord (Sir) Henry Parker, son of Lord (Sir) Henry Parker and Alice St John, in 1548 in Morley, Norfolk. (Lord (Sir) Henry Parker was born in 1510 in Blicking, Norfolk and died on 9 January 1552 in Morley, Norfolk.)
