Robert Sexton's will made February 25, 1518, includes among the legatees "his sister Thomas Barbour's wife," his own wife Agnes, the children of two daughters by his first wife, one son, Thomas Sexton, and "every of theVI daughters" which he had by his wife Agnes.

  Noted events in his life were:

• Marriage: to Marian Spring, 1483, Lavenham, Suffolk.

• Marriage: to Agnes Jermyn, 1492, Lavenham, Suffolk.

Robert married Agnes Jermyn, daughter of Thomas Jermyn and Katherine Bernard, in 1492 in Lavenham, Suffolk. (Agnes Jermyn was born in 1469 in Rushbrooke, Suffolk and died on 23 August 1520.)
