Sailed on the ship Palmyra from Gravesend, England 13 May 1838 arriving at Sydney on 26 Sept 1838. Henry was in good health, his religion was Protestant Episcopal, he can not read or write, has no complaint except against the surgeon to whose neglect he attributes the death of his child Louis aged 15 months

Henry married Susan STYNES, daughter of Thomas STYNES and Celia, on 14 Feb 1835 in East Farleigh, Kent England. (Susan STYNES was born on 21 Dec 1814 in Maidstone, Kent, England, died on 13 Feb 1896 in Reids Gully Via Parkes, New South Wales, Australia and was buried on 15 Feb 1896 in Parkes Cemetery, N.S.W..) The cause of her death was old age, heart failure.
